Mission
Starting new business can be exciting, but also confusing. Wanting to target the younger market segment with a ancient, sophisticated health concept, a team of Chinese medicine practitioners were excited about the product they had in mind, but also lost for the “how” and “what’s next”.
Approach
Looking for the fine line between being relevant and unique is tricky. We were tasked to point a direction and paint a clear path, helping a visionary tea reselling business to grow from scratch. Having them prepared with a complete set of identity, value propositions and marketing materials in 2 months should be a great start for them to roll.
